Mobile Flat Tire Repair

A flat doesn't have to mean towing your car or waiting in a shop lobby. We come to your location — home, office, or roadside — and repair the puncture on the spot, in most cases in well under an hour from the time our technician arrives. We're open 24 hours, so a flat at 6am before work or at midnight on a Tuesday gets the same response.

What's included

• Inspection of the puncture to confirm it's safely repairable, per industry guidelines — sidewall damage or punctures too close to the tread shoulder can't be plugged, and we'll tell you honestly if that's the case rather than patch something that isn't safe to drive on
• Tire dismount from the wheel, internal patch or plug/patch combination repair (not just an external plug — a proper internal repair seals both the puncture and the inner liner)
• Rebalance of the wheel if the repair process disturbed the original balance
• Reinflation to your vehicle's manufacturer-recommended PSI, not just "full"
• A visual check of the other three tires while we're there, so a second slow leak doesn't surprise you next week

How the visit works

Call or text us with your location and a quick description of the tire — is it flat, low, or losing air slowly — and we'll give you a realistic window before we head out. When our technician arrives, we confirm the puncture location together, explain whether it's repairable, and get to work. You don't need to remove anything beforehand or have the wheel accessible in any special way; if the car is parked somewhere we can safely get a jack under it, we can do the job there.

Most single-puncture repairs on a tread-area nail or screw take well under an hour once the technician is on-site. If you're at work or home and want to go about your day while we work, that's fine — we'll text or call when it's done.

Tire plugs and patches on the spot

Our technician carries plug kits, internal patch materials, and a full set of tire-changing and balancing equipment on the van, so most repairable punctures are fixed in a single visit — no second trip to a shop, no leaving the tire off overnight. If a wheel weight or valve stem needs replacing as part of the job, that's handled the same visit too.

When a repair isn't possible

Not every flat can be safely repaired. Industry guidelines rule out plugging or patching a tire when the puncture is in or too close to the sidewall, when there are multiple overlapping punctures, or when the tire has already been run flat long enough to damage the internal structure. If that's the case with your tire, we'll show you why and talk through your options honestly — that might mean installing your spare on the spot so you can drive to replace the tire on your own schedule, or sourcing and installing a new tire right there if you'd rather not make a separate trip. Common causes we see

Nails and screws picked up on residential streets or parking lots are the most common repairable punctures. Valve stem failures, sidewall damage from curb strikes, and punctures from road debris on the highway are also frequent calls — each gets evaluated the same way, on-site, before we recommend a repair.

Frequently asked

Can you fix a tire that's already completely flat, or does it need air first? We can usually work with a fully flat tire — that's a normal part of the job, not a blocker. Just let us know it's flat when you call so we bring the right equipment.

Do I need to be there while you work? We recommend it so we can confirm the repair with you and point out anything else we notice, but in some cases we can work with keys left in a safe location — ask about this when you call.

What if the spare is what's actually flat, not the road tire? Same process. We'll repair or replace whichever tire has the problem, spare included.
