Do I need to be present when you arrive?

We recommend being available when we arrive so we can confirm the work with you and answer any questions before we start. In some cases, we may be able to work with keys left in a safe, agreed-upon location — just ask about this option when you call or text to book. Being present also lets us walk you through anything we notice during the job, like a repair that isn't safely possible or a wheel issue we spot while the tire is off, so you're not surprised by anything after the fact.

Do you supply the tires, or do I need to provide them?

Both options are available. We can source and supply new tires for your vehicle based on your size or vehicle details, or we can install tires you've already purchased and had delivered to your location.
